The offering integrates proven methods—including Lean, Six Sigma, and Statistical Process Control (SPC)—within the framework’s foundational judgment model, ensuring that interpretation and action remain valid under uncertainty.

HDE: Human Decision Engineering
This book introduces Human Decision Engineering (HDE) as a foundational discipline within the Decision Capability Framework.
It treats human judgment variability not as a flaw to eliminate, but as a system constraint to design for—especially in high-pressure, AI-mediated decision environments.
